Booking terms and Conditions

At least 48 hours must be given by either party to cancel or rearrange a weekly lesson. Failure to give at least 48 hours notice will result in a valid claim by either party for an equivalent value in compensation. Cancellation of part of a block booking by a pupil will result in loss of part of the fee paid. Advance payments will expire 6 months after your last lesson & is non refundable. Your instructor has the right to withdraw the tuition car for the day of your booked driving test if in the instructors opinion the candidate is not deemed to be of the required test standard. Your instructor cannot be responsible for lesson or test cancellation due to mechanical breakdown, but will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

The vehicle used by the instructor is covered by a valid policy of insurance which satisfies all the relevant legislation. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you hereby declare that you are not suffering from anything of a physical or mental nature that would, in the event of an accident, disqualify me from being covered by the said insurance policy. If in the opinion of the instructor, the student appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, the lesson will not go ahead and the fee for that lesson will still be payable.
